Placencia Pointe is comprised of 8 individual Town Homes or Condos in four "Duplex" buildings.

Phase I will consist of four condos, two in "The Marlin" and two in "The Barracuda". Phase II will consist of the remaining four condos, two in "The Dolphin" and two in "The Manatee"
