Placencia Pointe

Placencia Pointe is comprised of 8 individual "Town Homes" or Condos in four "Duplex" buildings.

They are built with  engineered concrete superstructures for strength and durability.

Phase I,  which is nearly complete,  consists of four units, two in "The Marlin" and two in "The Barracuda". It also features our beautiful pool with natural stone deck and shade Palapa as well as the main Palapa covered deck at the pointe.

Phase II will consist of the remaining four units, two in "The Dolphin" and two in "The Manatee" as well as the pier and Caretakers quarters.

We are currently accepting deposits on remaining homes.

For a limited time we are offering a "Pre Construction" discount  on units in Phase II. This is only offered for units placed under contract prior to the completion of the superstructure.
