• Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town home units, all with expansive views of the Caribbean, the lagoon, the Mayan Mountains and Placencia Village.
• All units are 2 story with rooftop patios that include a cool deck surface and a Palapa for shade.
• The living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas are located on the upper floor to take advantage of the views as well as the breeze coming off the Caribbean ocean.
• The large patio off the living room is perfect for enjoying meals or just relaxing in the shade. A rear veranda off the kitchen affords beautiful views of the lagoon, Mayan mountains andPlacencia  village.
• The lower level includes 2 large bedrooms each with an oversized bathroom (see the design for the bathroom). The front bedroom includes a 100 sq ft patio for morning coffee or tea.
• A Laundry closet complete with washer and dryer is also located on the lower level as is a storage closet.
• A 96 foot , 8 slip pier is strategically placed at the entrance to the lagoon for immediate access to the Caribbean and it provides a great spot to wet a line in the evening. All units include a 30 foot slip with water and electrical hookup included in the association membership.
• A 280 foot seawall is located on the canal to accommodate larger vessels.
• Placencia Pointe is located across an 85 foot canal just off the tip of the peninsula which affords the privacy and security of island living without the difficulties normally associated with it. We are on the mainland power grid as well as the village water supply and have phone, cable tv and internet available in each unit.
• Access is accomplished via an association owned pontoon boat that comfortably and safely will accommodate a large family and their luggage.
• A swimming pool with Jacuzzi and large deck is located between the Barracuda and Dolphin buildings.
• Located on the reserve near the pier is a Palapa covered deck and built in Barbeque for outdoor gatherings or relaxing.
• A  full time caretaker provides "Concierge Service" that is tailored to provide Superior Services for retirement such as grocery shopping services, canal transit, luggage assistance, etc. This full time Caretaker is there to assist with your needs as well as maintain the property and provide security while you’re away. 
• It is Less than a 5 minute Walk into the village where you will find many  restaurants, bars, giftshops, stores, dive and tackle shops as well as groceries and other necessities.
