A 96 foot, 8 slip pier is placed at the entrance of the lagoon and can be used for fishing. Plus, the mainland power grid and the village water supply reach each house, thus despite being far away from the usual hustle and bustle, homeowners can still have phones, cable TV and internet to connect to the outside world. A swimming pool with Jacuzzi and large deck are also available. On the other hand, another deck is near the pier and has a built in Barbeque for outdoor gatherings or relaxing.

As for those who want more, the village is very close along with its restaurants, bars, shops and more, thus they can go there themselves, or use the services of the full time caretaker of their Caribbean properties. The caretaker provides concierge service which includes grocery shopping, canal transit and luggage assistance. In addition, the caretaker will maintain the property, and keep it safe while its owners are away.
